Healthy Peanut Butter "Pie"

I came up with this last night and instantly became my new go to when I've got a sweet tooth. It tastes like peanut butter pie but without the massive amounts of sugar and fat. Give it a shot and tell me what you think in the comments!

Healthy Greek Yogurt PB "Pie"

Nutrition facts: 268 calories, 9 g fat, 35 g carbs, 3 g fiber, 12 g protein, 26 g sugar, 126 mg sodium.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 C nonfat vanilla greek yogurt 
  • 2 tsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp chocolate syrup
  • 2 tsp shredded coconut
Makes one serving
