Jalapeño Popper Wontons

I've seen a few different recipes for these floating around the Internet, and decided to combine them into my own version. They're super easy to make and give you that bar-food satisfaction in a healthier packaging.

Low fat Jalapeño Popper Wontons

Jalapeno Popper Wontons
Makes 8 wontons

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup light or fat free cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic/garlic powder
  • 1 jalapeño, diced, seeds removed
  • 8 wontons
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine cream cheese, hummus, garlic, and jalapeño.

Spoon mixture into wontons. Wet each corner of wonton and bring opposite corners together. 

Bake for 15 minutes or until wontons are crispy.
